EXPERIENCE : 8 – 10 Years of Post Qualification Experience
  1. Develop and maintain project Management Information System (MIS) and dashboards to provide timely updates and insights on project development, milestones, and bottlenecks.
  2. Regularly appraise management about project progress and raise alarms in case of potential blockages or slippages.
  3. Critically review project sites and various stages of the projects to assess progress, identify issues, and propose remedial actions to the management.
  4. Coordinate meeting of project stakeholders to ensure  their alignment with the project plan.
  5. MIS and Progress Review System: Establish a comprehensive MIS and progress review system to track the performance of various project functionaries against the project plan. Ensure accurate data capture and reporting for informed decision-making.
  6. Track project expenses Budget verses actual.
    Coordinate with Finance, Legal and other departments to facilitate the project and contact requirement.
  7. Capex Approval Process: Facilitate the capex approval process, including preparing project proposals and presenting them to management for approval.
  8. Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and enable the process of purchase order release.
  9. Risk Assessment and Early Warning and Alternate Planning: Anticipate project blockages, slippages, and potential risks.
  10. Raise timely alarms to create awareness among stakeholders and provide advance information to various stakeholder teams for proactive problem-solving.
  11. Highlight prominent risk factors involved in project implementation and keep management informed about these issues. Work with stakeholders to develop alternate plans and strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
  12. Project Software Implementation: Implement project-related software, such as Primavera or MS-Projects, to ensure accurate project data capture and reporting. Collaborate with IT teams and project stakeholders to integrate software effectively into project management processes.
  13. Vendor Appraisal System: Facilitate the vendor appraisal system to assess the capabilities and risks associated with potential vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Enable the empanelment of new vendors and contractors based on their qualifications and suitability for project requirements.
